Nicknamed “Huss”, “The Huss”, and “Mr. Cricket”, Michael Hussey is primarily a left-handed batsman and can also bowl medium pace.On November 3, 2005, Michael Hussey made his Test debut for the Australian national cricket team in a series against the West Indies in which he came in as a substitute for Justin Langer, a teammate. In the following match of this series, Michael Hussey scored his maiden century, a 137 in the first innings and remained not out at 31 in the second one and was named the Man of the Match for his impressive performance.
